Customer Care Centre
Our professional and dedicated Customer Coordinators are based in our central Customer Care Centre in Chelmsford.
The Coordinators are a superb team and deal with all the enquiries from Service Users, their representatives and staff from Wheelchair Services. The team arrange all the collections, deliveries, repairs and maintenance work schedules for the engineers, who visit service users on a daily basis.
The coordinator will always do their best to gather detailed information in relation to the engineer appointment when booking this with the service user, or their representative. This includes:
- specific details about the repair
- special instructions about access issues when arriving at the agreed location for the visit.
