Livewell Essex
The Livewell campaign was created to promote healthy messages and support everyone in Essex (communities, families and individuals) to help improve their physical and mental well being. Their website provides access to a wealth of resources and information covering:
- Mental well being
- Nutrition and weight management
- Your health
- Advice for families
- Ageing well
- Sound doctor, which provides free access to a library of 300 film and audio patient information videos to support those living with COPD, diabetes, dementia, heart failure, or back pain. There are also videos for those considering weight management surgery.

Get Out Get Active Haringey
Get Out Get Active (GOGA) Haringey is an exciting programme that supports disabled and non-disabled people to enjoy being active together. It is made possible by founding funder Spirit of 2012 and additional investment from Sport England and the London Marathon Charitable Trust. All partners are focused on getting some of the UK’s least active people moving more through fun and inclusive activities.
GOGA Haringey is more than being active. It strengthens community spirit, increases confidence, and improves mental health. Below you will find a wide variety of different providers that have been approved by Haringey Council.

activeNewham is committed to developing a wide range of opportunities for disabled people in Newham to participate in sport and physical activity.
