Manuals
A User Manual is issued along with any new wheelchair.
Although there is a user manual, our engineer will normally demonstrate how the wheelchair operates and adjust the footplates on delivery (which is also known as handover).
The user manual will have instructions on how to operate the wheelchair, how to look after it, what different parts are called. If the user manual is lost, another copy can usually be accessed by download directly from the manufacturer. If needed, the wheelchair manufacturer and the model of the wheelchair will be found on the wheelchair itself, usually on the upholstery and / or frame.
If you are unsure of what model of wheelchair you have on issue to you, you can contact us for this information.
